Privacy Policy
Last updated 15 October 2026
This policy covers the PriBrain marketing website and enquiries sent to us. Product privacy terms and data-processing information are provided separately before you use the product.
Who is responsible
The data controller is I'm Blue, Lda., a company based in Portugal, VAT PT514795468. Contact us at help@pribrain.com about this policy or your personal data.
When you visit the website
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. The website’s infrastructure processes the technical information needed to deliver a page, such as your IP address and browser request.
If you choose a light or dark theme, your browser stores that preference locally. It is not sent to us or used to track you. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser storage.
When you contact us
When you contact us, we receive your email address, the message, and any information you include, such as your name, company, role, team size, or the tools you use.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss access to PriBrain. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about the product. Please do not include passwords, credentials, sensitive employee information, or confidential company documents in an access enquiry.
Where information is processed
Our email and infrastructure providers process enquiry and website data in the EU/EEA. We do not transfer that data outside the EU/EEA. Access is limited to the people and providers who need it to operate the website and answer enquiries.
Links to other websites open services with their own privacy policies.
How long we keep enquiries
We delete enquiry emails and contact details once the enquiry is resolved, unless the sender becomes a customer. If you become a customer, the relevant customer privacy terms will explain how information is handled for that relationship.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact help@pribrain.com to make a request.
You may complain to your data protection authority. In Portugal, that is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD). The European Commission’s guidance for individuals explains data protection rights.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the website or enquiry process changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
